DDA Development is a full-service development company formed in 1995. Since its formation, DDA has been involved in the development of over 25 affordable housing projects ranging from multi-family developments to single family subdivisions, as well as several build-to-suit office buildings. DDA has acted as a development consultant as well as a principal developer and owner of properties.
Over the past 14 years, DDA has partnered with non-profit corporations, housing authorities, and other for-profit entities to develop and produce over 2,000 housing units located in 9 states.
In addition to development, DDA has worked as a consultant and partner in the acquisition and re-positioning of apartment developments, as well as residential and commercial land parcels.
