Experience:
Mr. Arnold is the President and sole Shareholder of DDA Development Company, Inc., a full service real estate development firm formed in 1995. Since its inception, DDA has been involved in the development of 28 affordable housing projects (1,900+ units) ranging from multi-family developments to single family subdivisions, as well as several "build-to-suit" office buildings. DDA has acted as a principal developer and owner, as well as a contract developer/development consultant for various groups, including non-profit corporations, housing authorities, and private investment groups.

In addition to development, DDA has worked as a consultant and partner in the acquisition and re-positioning of apartment developments, as well as residential and commercial land parcels. Prior to forming DDA, Mr. Arnold worked in the real estate industry in various executive capacities.

Experience:
As Vice President of DDA, John directs the execution of current development projects as well as the identification and procurement of new pursuits. Specifically, John coordinates all facets of the development process including acquisition, underwriting, entitlement, design and construction.

Prior to joining DDA, John was a Development Associate in the Residential Division of Crosland, LLC. Based in Tampa, Florida, John supported the coordination of the development process of Crosland's multi-family and mixed-use projects throughout Florida. From 2006-2009, John was involved in the rezoning and entitlement of property identified for the development of approximately 1,500 market-rate and affordable residential units. This development pipeline represented well over $200,000,000 in total development costs with land closings of approximately $10,000,000 ultimately taking place during this time period.

Before embarking on a career in real estate, John worked as a financial advisor for a boutique investment research firm based in South Florida. For over 3 years, John managed relationships and the delivery of custom portfolio research to high net worth individuals living in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
